Did the Great Santascape with 3 adults and two kids (11 &13). It was challenging and fun. I asked for the “easier” version, and we finished with about 15 minutes to spare. When they described the puzzle they removed, we weren’t sure we would have finished in time! Staff is great, and we are planning on returning to try some of the other rooms.

The Frederick County Historical Society, aka Heritage Frederick, has turned a lovely old home into a little gem of a museum. The current exhibit tells the story of women's role in producing textiles and how, with advancing technology, they helped change the local economy from agricultural to industrial. There are gorgeous dresses, antique quilts and sewing machines on display as well as photos and stories of women who lived and worked in the area.
