I placed an order on 5/13 and 6 weeks later I called to ask when I might expect my table. They had to “do some checking” and then notified me that my table fell off a dock. I don’t think I would have ever heard from them if I had not called. I could special order another one or take one of their in-stock items to get it faster. I asked if I could get a discount since the in stock wasn’t really what I wanted or ordered. I was told yes, they would waive the quickship and various other shipping fees. I had already paid $1098 for shipping/delivery. I thought they would take this amount off of that…….nope……they said that the “discount” was that they weren’t charging additional shipping fees. I asked to speak with a manager several times. Never happened. We considered refusing delivery, but I needed this exam table a month ago. Isobel just kept repeating the same thing over and over, was not helpful. Customer service here is horrible. I would not recommend. Maybe they are better if you’re ordering large quantities.
