"Visitor Lounge" is like a bus station on a very cold night. It's absolutely full of homeless people claiming illness for free food and warmth. If at all possible, get dropped off at a decent hospital in the suburbs, take a cab, Uber, whatever. If you call an ambulance, they may take you to this retched place. Once past the looney bin waiting room, it's much better. But, your relatives or friends will have to sit out there for hours before they let them back.
