Around 9.15pm we just popped in to see if we could get some food as it looked like it was going to close
We were very lucky to be let in, my wife and I are quite stalwart foodies, I have been a Chèf for over 30yrs.
Both my wife and I agreed it was the best (for her) Fillet steak and for myself I had a rack of lamb which was the best I’d ever had.
All in all not a cheap meal at €125 for two mains and one (Chocolate Mousse) dessert and a couple of copperhead G & T’s each also, we didn’t order a starter but we did get a surprise starter as you can see from the pictures which was a breaded chicken piece in a chicken sauce, but by no means expensive.
Great service by the young couple serving as well.
We went back here as on our last trip just before Covid, we had another couple of great meals at this restaurant.
Thoroughly recommended. 100%
Just one last note to the owners…. I didn’t leave my blue jacket in there did I?? 😊
