I worked with Mark, at Medigy, today, who helped me get set up on my CPAP/APAP machine. Mark took great care of me and did such a great job explaining all the details of how it works, helping me to learn how to use the machine, fitting of the mask, etc., and all the while was very personable, attentive, and knowledgeable, making sure I had all my questions answered and that I felt comfortable taking it home to use for the first time tonight. Mark was very encouraging throughout the process, and I would definitely get back in touch with him directly if I have any further questions about using the machine or any of the related equipment.
