The most convenient apartment probably...ever. Three different max lines run in front of the place. Walk a couple blocks and you're at the yellow line. I spend a lot of time at the convention center so this location is top.
Best. View. Ever. I have a unit facing downtown Portland and it's incredible. I seriously doubt there is another 1BR with this view and amenities for this price, anywhere.
Parking is nice if you have a space in the garage. If you don't, parking is pretty much impossible during Blazer games or conventions. Get a space if you drive.
Pretty secure building. Almost too secure because I have to walk downstairs to let guests into the elevator to come up to my apartment. This is my only real complaint. It's better than anyone being able to tailgate though.
The hallways get a bit noisy; you can hear what people are saying or listening to inside of their apartments when you're walking down the hallway. Surprisingly quiet once you're in your own unit though. Road noise from I-5 is more like a white noise and you barely notice. However, the occasional noise from Blazer fans, sirens, MAX isn't dampened well. You learn to get used to it though.
Office staff is top notch and repairs are snappy.
