We live nearby, so it's more convenient than running out to a big box store. Problem is the last 2 times the website shows items in stock when they are not. For example, yesterday website said they had 3 JMF Lead Free Brass Ball Valve Push Fittings (Blain #760178). I found the empty peg in the plumbing section. I found an associate and she confirmed the computer showed in stock. After checking in the back room she said they were out. I told her they needed to correct the computer and reorder more, but she said only corporate could order them as the store couldn't .
As I mentioned, this is the 2nd time recently this has happened. Maybe they need to do a mid year inventory and also give individual stores authority to order what they need.
