Super friendly Team , got last 15 min before closing some quick cloth and everyone was super helpful full and not pushy at all.

Cute Hotel with tiny Balconies and a lively Hotel Bar that has Karaoke on Tuesday. Guests had really fun. Plus points for the coffee machine in the room although they have machines downstairs too.

The room came for a great last minute price, however deep cleaning could have been better . Finger spots on the balcony door, HVAC vents are dirty and there was some strange smell. Not sure if it was from the last guests or from the outside , but had to open the balcony door for a while when I came in.

Overall probably a good choice not too far from Manhattan for touyrist or for last minute business visitors like me that like to keep the price In a Budget.

The outside of the building is a bit ruff but once inside of the office , the staff is really nice and fast.

First results are preliminary in before you even leave and you get the rest relatively fast over a online portal.

By accident the bill form the lab was send to my house instead of DC.gov which I thought I had to pay to my surprise , but after my initial review mentioning the bill they called me to apologize for the mistake and took care of it , hence the response on my review below

Wonderful open work space, two conference rooms. Great location in the hearth of DC.
