It's tough being an independent games shop, with so much competition and cut throat pricing means their service needs to be on the button.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help, the fact that they have been going for over 20 years speak volumes.
I have bought 3 generations of games consoles and will have no hesitation in buying the 4th.
