This is one of the worst places to use for your childcare.
We used it for our little daughter. As we work at Glasgow university, we take our lunch break near the nursery. We observed that the nursery staff take the children for walks every afternoon (4 children in every pram) no matter how bad the weather was and leave them crying and screaming in the prams while they chat and laugh carelessly. The negligence is absolutely not acceptable and heartless. We tried to explain the situation to the manager more than once but she seems to live in total denial and unwilling to address any of our worries. We removed our child from the nursery and moved her to the university nursery. Please, if you care about your child and want to leave them in safe hands, avoid this nursery at all costs.
