In person experience pre- Covid meant a 1-2hrs+++ wait easily, with or without appointment.
Booking an appointment online through their system, is a hit or miss. (works sometimes, doesn't otherwise)
Clinic timings are also very inconvenient, when the doctors are available only on specific days, and the clinic closes in the middle of the day at 3pm.
However, their email response time is quick, although the doctors' response time is slow, and they don't provide any specific time as to when the doctor will call.
As for the doctors, they're surprisingly pretty good.
