I was supposed to be seen by Dr Ejaz but saw Dr Mark instead for whatever reason I am not aware of.
I wanted to share my recent experience at the clinic. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as expected. There was a lack of 'professionalism', and the visit felt extremely rushed. No proper consultation. Was given some leaflets to read for some recommended products and that was it.
I'm shocked about the purpose of the 3 month wait and a 45 minutes wait at the clinic for a brief 10-minute visit and to be told by Dr Mark that he is running behind. Honestly!!!!!!!!!
