OK, so first of all, this place is pretty great. I went in there a few nights ago, looking for a specific game I could not find anywhere else, and the gentleman who helps me with both very knowledgeable, passionate, and very helpful. It will definitely be a good place to bring my children for toys and games throughout their childhood.
But, as a manager of a retail facility myself, I know how massively important it is to take care of the customer. so, as anyone would imagine, I was shocked to find out that they do not do returns well, more specifically they do refunds to their own gift cards, but they will not return cash or card. When I tried to do a return, they pointed to a small sign on a nearby wall that said something about their bad return policy, and I honestly was shocked that that was even what they were trying to pull— as if I am somehow expected to randomly glance somewhere else to know that all sales are final.
I think there will be a lot of holiday shoppers who are severely disappointed this year.
