I wasn't sure about starting crossfit again. I decided to take the first step and called CVI Crossfit and showed up to my free class the next day. I ended up going with my grandmother and the coach received us with excitement and showed us around the gym. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. We felt really happy and decided to sign up the same day. I been going strong for almost 2 months and everyday I keep loving it even more. Now, I have my grandma and my 12 year old brother doing crossfit with me. Couldn't have asked for a better gym to attend to. If you looking for a team workout and more than a team, a family, CVI its your best choice.
