GREAT TRAINER! I been training with Arys for about 1 year in Boca Raton she is the best trainer I have came across. With injuries from playing tennis professionally in the past going from trainers to physical therapist I thought it was impossible to get back to what I was. Arys has helped me overcome everything. I have strengthen and healed with her work. She is knowledgeable in many aspects. I highly recommend using her. Since I started I lost 50 pounds, gained my muscle back, and now I can see my abs incredible results!
