I purchased Chinese Roasted Chestnuts on April 22, 2024, but never received the item. Someone from the store called to inform me that they were out of stock and promised a refund, but as of today, I still haven't received it. When I tried to call the store, someone answered but then immediately hung up. Be cautious with this store; it appears they advertise items they don't actually have and may be running a scam.
I need my money back asap and I will not hesistate to report to the Trading Standards
