Leonard’s is a great shop however it’s lacking a ramp for pushchairs and wheelchair users. I have a 6 month old and have hurt my back getting the pram into the shop to send off my Evri parcel. The shop assistant/ ? Owner was quite unhelpful and only held the door open for me and watched me struggle. I ask her if she was considered a ramp. Her reply was ‘no’
Please can this be considered and actioned?
