I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Katherine Saffin, which appears to be a common theme based on previous reviews. She was 20 minutes late for my appointment without offering any apology, which meant I was unable to receive the full benefit of the appointment I had hoped for. I did point out that the appointment started late and she simply told me that that was how it is in the medical field - as if my time didn’t matter. When the consultation finally began, it was very rushed and she barely took the time to engage with me properly; her overall demeanor was abrupt, lacking any proper bedside manner you would expect from a medical professional. I will not be returning to this clinic.
