It's been a while since I last visited MedClinic Pitt St, however I regularly saw Dr. Saffin from 2021-2022. I agree with other reviews that she can be abrasive and doesn't always make you feel cared for when you come in with a minor issue/anything routine. Even told me I was the rude one once!
With that said - she really did help me with my mental health and responded with kindness when I disclosed a traumatic event to her. She was still firm/very direct (perhaps for some it would have been too much), but she helped me get my life back on track which I am grateful for.
Maybe not everyone's cup of tea, but I thought it was worth sharing this experience, given the general theme of some other reviews.
