Very disappointing service so far. As soon as you sign up you get treated differently. Long wait times for assistance, bounced around from person to person and no one responds to your enquiries. I was promised 6 weeks free as part of the sign-up incentive. That hasn’t been honoured and I am unable to get anyone to assist me with my inquiry- I’ve been waiting on the phone for 2 hours.
