The low score is because the shop assistant charged me twice for the goods which I didn't notice until I got all the way back home. I emailed the company which told me to go back in store and sort it. As its a 20 mile drive which would take about 45 mins or longer depending what time I set off and the overcharge was £3 (x 2!) I've decided they can keep it as it would cost me the same in petrol than go back to collect it.
