If you love your money then don’t buy this property.
Fake commitments and constant harassment by the builder’s staff. They just want you to give your money to them and forget about utilising your property.
There is no access to the amenities mentioned in their brochure.
There is constant harassment by the security to the owners. They enter your property without your permission on the name of “checking the fitouts” and treat you disrespectfully.
The staff lacks basic courtesy and will make sure you feel humiliated constantly. The senior staff will assure you by sweet talking, if you raise your concern but no action would be taken and the loop will go on and the fooling will continue.
The grievances are endless, we are one of the owners stuck with huge sum of money wasted on this property by mistakenly buying multiple units here.
Trust us and refrain yourself from buying here and look for another property besides this!
