I have been a member only a short time but I am happy! It’s nice to have a safe, air conditioned place to jog in the summer. I only wish the gym stayed open until 11 pm seven days a week.

A pharmacist at the 387 Park Avenue South location went way above and beyond to figure out a glitch that caused my very expensive prescription not to be covered by insurance. She kept after it and today I received a refund of over $800. I am thrilled with this — all due to the wonderful Inna. Thank you!
