This area is flood-prone yet the neighborhood is excellent. Who just left the building? Not Elvis, nor anyone in the community. The City should also give residents options where to transfer since this side of town, everytime the weather seems naughty not nice, water becomes abundantly unpleasant. They are everywhere where you don't need them.
