How does this system work? Please explain because I can't wrap my head around this.
Sick patients come in and wait 4+ hours to only be seen for 10-15 minutes. If that's the case then that should be an average of at least 3-4 patients every hour across a team of minimum of 3+ doctors. There's no more than 10 patients at a time in the waiting room on an average day so why are they waiting for at least half a day?
The math ain't mathing.
How many patients do you push down the list to make them wait these ungodly hours? People can't waste half a working day waiting 4+ hours to only be seen for 10 minutes. It's absolutely ridiculous.
If there's 1 doctor on then tell patients beforehand, don't make them wait for hours its simple customer service and administration something which is severely lacking with this facility.
