This is Gera world of problems
There is no stable electricity line within society so there are too many fluctuations my fridge broke because of this
Water quality is terrible attached photo and it's almost daily.
Gera has done tie up with AIRTEL so there are no other vendors allowed, if you ran into issue you won't be able get it fixed as the vendors are much more interested in new connection
There are people who took connection with other number on the same address as their issue was not getting resolved
YOU PAY THE BILL BUT YOU CANT CHOOSE THE INTERNET PROVIDER
The society filled with 40% capacity and level of water cut is 10am -5 pm
What will happen when 100% families will come
GERA PROPERTY people within the society are not at all concerned as they sold the property and now is tenant headache
Society lacks in basic NECESSITIES
