I’d say eating is more around 3.5 but deserves more than 3.
Course was in really good condition, greens were in good shape. There was a beverage cart that was around quite a few times which was nice, not all courses have them during weekdays (I played on a Friday afternoon). Staff was very friendly. Price is also reasonable - $55 with cart for 18 holes. Food at the turn was also great and fast.
Downside is course layout is a little boring, holes are similar to each other and pretty flat and open. Good for beginners or those looking for easy round. That being said I also didn’t play my best so it isn’t an easy course per se.
