We ordered mango lemonade drinks, but she made only the lemonade. When we confirmed our order, the girl working tonight said you didn't ask for mango in such a rude tone. My husband said in a polite manner that we asked for mango lemonade though. She literally made faces in front of us. We also work in a food chain industry and we can totally understand the frustration or irritating people have at the workplace. I don't even understand why she was frustrated when there was no customer except us. Nothing costs to be kind and calm.
