The beverages are good! No second thought about it, but what makes the experience go down is the staff.
I mean, seriously! At least you all can do with a little bit of smile and warmth.
From the front desk till the end of the kitchen, everyone was kinda cold (just opposite to the warm beverages they were serving).
I mean, to be very honest, I hesitated to order again since I'll be facing the staff.
Overall, the ambience and atmosphere are the same as every other branch of chayoos.
Which is great.
For around Rs.200 per tea, it's a bit expensive, but yes, it's BKC so that's justified based on the locality and crowd.
