Really disappointed in this place. The providers are not bad and seem to be trying their best. I'm mostly frustrated with the reception staff. When I went in for my appointment there was a girl doing nothing at her laptop (she just kept glancing up at the line) while the line had at least 4 patients waiting. Then when I've gotten calls back from the doctor/nurse and miss the calls, the reception staff try to share medical info that they know nothing about. The problem is that they make it INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT to speak to medical staff and I don't know why that is. I asked twice to speak to the doctor or nurse but was denied that request and basically was pushed off the phone like it wasn't her problem. I don't recommend this place if you have other options that can provide ALL of the care you deserve.
