I went to this Seattle and found the service to be the worst I've ever experienced. The barista was beyond rude to the point where my daughter felt so uncomfortable she wouldn't even redeem our free coffee. We have experienced this kind of service at this Seattle before but thought perhaps it was a once off thing but I, for one, will never go back to this Seattle. Perhaps the staff need a little bit more training to be on par with other Seattles.
