Hit and miss. I had a great experience over a year ago, but lately it has been poor. I waited for a long time the other day for a transaction that could not be done over the phone, only to be told I had to come back with different documentation. After coming back for the second time, and waiting 20 minutes, when I asked how much longer it would be I was told at least another 10 minutes with no apology. There were about 10 other people waiting who just got up and left. It would have been nice to have been given an appointment since I now have to return for a third time just to do a quick transaction. Consider banking elsewhere.
Update: interaction third time was positive, rep was helpful, and my issue was resolved - but it should not have taken three visits.
