Flowers Clarence

I think I came a long way since I got here. I'm staying clean, I'm working on dealing with my problems, and started taking steps to turn my life around. I'm working again, I'm going to meetings, I have a sponsor and my physical health is improving. I'm getting in shape, I stopped smoking cigarettes and that's all because of coming to Nextep and being serious about treatment and recovery. The staff gives me a lot of encouragement and support, and so do my housemates and everyone else from the group. My therapists have been good, I'm working on my treatment plan goals and that has been a big help too. The houses are really nice too, I'm happy that I came to this program out of treatment. I'm building the tools I'll need for when I move back to Tampa.
