This program has helped me start to recognize my coping skills and build new ones. I'm learning about my addiction and how to maintain my sobriety. The staff hasn't given up on me and helped me realize there is help and hope, and I am learning what I need to do to stay clean and turn my life around. Now I just need to keep moving in the right direction. I'm learning how to crawl in my recovery but I'm getting to the point where I will be walking and then running with my recovery. Living in the house is teaching me how to get along with others, that's where life happens and I'm learning how to live my life again.
