I haven't had the chance to do the whole loop yet since it's been winter in the 2 visits I had but it is beautiful and super accessible.
It's a bit of a quick incline the first mile or so. Helps to have teeth for your hiking boots but not required. Good traction works just fine.
Beautiful views of the Peaks as well as Utah Valley and Utah lake.
There is a pretty sweet looking mt. Biking trail also.
You can connect into the Bonneville shore line trail here as well.
Cell Service Quality- Good
Dog Friendly - Yes
Picnic / BBQ facilities-Yes

I really enjoyed this inspiring hour and a half drive around Mt. Nebo, located just outside nephi utah. You can certainly count on seeing deer, cows, and maybe some wild turkey. That being said, I highly recommend traveling with day light. ( most the cows are black)
Cell service leaves shortly after hitting the campground area but returns when you summit higher onto the Mt.
The Elevation goes up a little higher than 9k feet at the summit.
Dog friendly, many trails and great overlook points. Bring your own water, there are a few restrooms near the camping area.
