It’s a great walk-in clinic. I usually arrive closer to open so that I don’t have to wait for long. Even if it is busy, the wait is usually about 30 minutes. The receptionist is very kind, friendly, and respectful. She chats with me privately about medical information. I’ve read some other negative reviews about the receptionist here… 2 things: when you’re friendly to people they are often friendly towards you, and most clinics ask what you are here for so that they can best prepare the room and paperwork for your treatment (you can say what you need without going into detail like, I need to do some tests, I’m feeling unwell, or prescription renewal). The doctors are all quite nice, down to earth, and calm. They are very respectful, ask follow up questions, and recommend potential courses of action. Very pleased with this clinic and I wish other clinics were similar.
