Although the nurses are all good at this clinic…good luck ever getting the clinic to answer a phone much less get an appointment in a timely manner even when a patient is nearing the end of their lives. The receptionists are likely the biggest part of the problem not having the ability to determine when a patient needs immediate help and also misplacing documents . More training needed there or new receptionists that know what they are doing. They have obviously taken on too many patients when they never pick up a phone and the only message you can leave is to cancel an appointment. People are suffering because of this almost non existent health care. They will tell you they can do home visits also but good luck getting one in a hurry. Too late for us…my mother has passed.
