Incredibly delicious! The best ramen in town! Very light delicate flavors with tasty fresh noodles. Three flavors are available. I had the tori ramen, but niboshi is also delicious. Soft boiled eggs were perfect. You can really taste the craftsmanship in this ramen. Very hip, clean, and modern on the inside. There was a little wait but well worth it!
