i think its a new subdivision. and you can easily reach it because its actually near the hi way. i even receive fliers of it. you can even choose 1 storey or 2 storey house.it has garage 2 so that you can park your inside not in the street. its a city rules i think.

i think its a place where its composes a lot of subdivisions. where you can acquire quit a huge mass of land(area), if you have a lot of money to pay.
