I booked this boat for my sisters bach after a friends recommendation but sadly we were disappointed with our experience. They departed over 30 minutes late and charged us EXTRA $$ to change the music on the boat. The captain was very dismissive and minimally involved. He steered the boat with his feet while eating a sandwich. He was even smoking cigars while “working”. No tour. Immediately docks the boat at an “island” 10 minutes out from the dock. The boat was overcrowded. Not to mention, the captain bumped into the docks while maneuvering the boat on the way out and on the way back. Staff on boat didn’t properly secure the floats and the trampoline fell off the boat while on our way back.

I originally booked the trip for 12 but only 11 could make the trip. I called several times in advance about the change but I was ultimately charged for 12. I wrote an email after the trip asking for a refund for the 1 ticket and I didn’t get a response. Horrible trip and terrible customer service! I do NOT recommend
