I ordered a vacuum cleaner in the sale to be delivered here and I picked it up fine. I ordered another one for a family member and they refused to accept it! So it was returned to Dyson. Ridiculously unhelpful! Why did they accept it the first time but refuse it the second? Why do they advertise services but don't honour them? They need a change of management or retrain their staff properly. A complaint has been raised.
