Just horrible,
I am a victim of accident in Luxembourg.
After 16 months my case has not been closed.
I have not refunded for the car repair, my monthly insurance pay has mounted and worse is that I want the case to be closed to sell the car and I cannot.
Employees always politely say yes yes, but no action no progress, no sense of responsivity. Just to charge your account monthly and bingo!
Don't chose this insurance!
