Popped into Stretford Public Hall to see the exhibition of the 50th anniversary of Stretford House. The hall has still got some battered dignity and victorian features and remains a useful public resource.

Only a mile away from me , but I had never heard of the George V Pool at the South West end of Altrincham Golf Course. A great walk during the 'lockdown' and a fair bit of wildlife to see
