Came to Milan on vacation from the US, and was looking for a nice watch. Checked out Rolex, Omega, and Breitling. Rolex was the absolute worst in customer experience. Vadim here at Breitling offered the absolute best customer experience: patient, helpful, not pushy, knowledgeable about the timepieces.
They have a fantastic clothing boutique downstairs with an impressive bar, for which we were offered drinks. Vadim ensured all of the paperwork was filled out, and honestly this was just a really enjoyable experience compared to some of the other watch shops in the area.
If you’re debating between Rolex or Breitling, stop into both stores and decide for yourself. The customer service, in my opinion, is the tie-breaker.
