I would give this store zero stars if I could. I went to the JCPenney on Monday at 7:05 PM but the store was closed. I couldn’t come earlier because I worked until 6 and that was the quickest I could get there. Seriously, who closes a store early on Monday?
In addition to the store being closed early, I was also disgusted by the fact that the security device on my tennis shoes was not removed. I had purchased the shoes from JCPenney a few days earlier, and when I tried to wear them for the first time, I realized that the security device was still attached.
Come on folks, your store is already in trouble. Take the extra time to make sure everything is perfect before sending the customer off. Having to come back twice for a pair of tennis shoes is pretty frustrating.
