Updated: visited again today with my two children. Just one person at work with a full café. The service is still not very friendly, and there were things not available (whipped cream for the hot chocolate). No cold drinks apart from what was in the refrigerator (no glass offered).
The buns we bought and the brownie tasted like they were made the day before and not fresh.
Original review: We come in regularly, because we live close by. There seems to be a quite high turn-over on staff. Also, staff is mostly grumpy and not too friendly. When I visited today with my daughter, the woman working there didn't smile once, and even though we were the only customers at the time, she also didn't serve any of the ordered items at our table. We had to go and and pick it up ourselves.
Given the prices, you would assume some friendliness and a bit of customer service...
