One of the best spots you could ever want for a cafe. There's usually a long line of peole, because his product is outstanding and the location is ideal. The owner works very hard; I often see him late at night preparing, cleaning, etc. He even came out to talk to me when I strolled one very late night and hoped I'd come by the next day when they were open. I regularly enjoy lattes and regular coffees at ブルースカイコーヒー, especially in Autumn and Winter.
Signs in front of the shop politely ask that people do not take photos or shoot video without permission. In this day and age, with the constant recording of everything in order to post online, he has every right to expect this courtesy. Of course, there's always people who ignore such requests and film away only to be shocked that he gets annoyed at their blatant disregard of his rights and the rights of others.
He cares about the privacy of his customers - that's you and me - who may not want to appear on some total stranger's social media feed for time immemorial. So, please respect his wishes and do not take photos or video without getting his prior approval. Cheers from Inokashira.
