We have been members for 4 years and my sons have loved going to this place for hours. It had started to get a little out of hand everyone once in a while with the kids who worked there not enforcing the rules and not kicking kids out for being dangerous or physical with other kids. This last week it went over the top with 15-20 year old kids throwing balls at our 4 year old and laughing when they hit him. We asked the kids nicely to stop. They didn’t answer and kept throwing balls. We asked the staff to come ref the games and they said no. We asked for them to kick the kids out for head shots they said no the parents of these kids got aggressive with my wife and pushed the staff into her and when talking as a way to hit her. My wife took the kids and left as the staff wouldn’t take action to have these people removed from the game or the facility. We have canceled our memberships and will no longer go to this place as it has become so dangerous and violent over the last year. The staff does absolutely nothing to create a safe environment and really just sits around on there phones all day. None of them watch the attractions and try to keep the kids from making things dangerous.
