University seems quite decent but they're let down by their disorganised admissions teams which has the poorest communication skills that I have experienced from equivalant admissions teams at other universities. They're very hard to get hold of and there response time is so slow that it places candidates into difficult situations when it comes to making decisions. Im surprised that UCB management hasn't picked up or responded to these issues.

I had made a number of online orders to the store. After receiving confirmation of all the orders being in store, we went to collect. At the store, only one of the orders were given to us. We were told that the orders had already been collected. When we said we hadn't collected any orders, we were told to ring Matalan helpline. We proceeded to do that and we were told an investigation would take place and that we would be informed of the results. I was emailed 2 days later with the only response being a repetition of what the store had told me which showed me no such investigation had taken place.

Update: The items were eventually found at the stores after a second visit and a request to check despite the computer system stating the orders were collected. Also, customer services refunded one of the missing orders.
