Amazing restaurant just off the tourist track in Palma! Authentic Mallorcan cuina using all fresh local produce with a menu rooted in the Binasallem traditions. Wonderful hostess and an engaging Chef; more than happy to give you the provenance of what he's serving up out of the kitchen. We drank an amazing local red wine from a small bodega; Mesquida Mora in Porreres......GorgollassaD'es Monjos. I would highly recommend both the restaurant and the wine, hidden local gems 💎

Wonderful hotel in a quiet location on the edge of a forest yet close to the city. I am fortunate enough to stay here almost every two weeks and it's become my home from home. If you plan to or need to come to Stuttgart; stay here, it's superb and yet not stuffy, nor old fashioned just welcoming and comfortable!!

What a cool concept!!! 4 varieties of fresh pasta and 4 different home made sauces; all can be mix and matched!! Plus there is always a daily special as well! Open kitchen so it's all cooked right in front of you! Good choice of wines too. We always sit at the bar, chat to the owner/chef who is so warm and engaging and the passion he has. For the food shines through! Has become one of our regular 'go to' places when we visit Palma.
